This wine has a rich nose of ripe blackcurrants and black cherry. The palate is full bodied yet soft and very easy going. Perfect with cheeses, leg of lamb.
Today we are around a hundred cooperative winegrowers. It is in a spirit of unity that each of us is committed to producing quality grapes, keeping in mind the protection of the environment.
Cellar master, oenologists, wine merchants, they are the workers behind the scenes. Thanks to a rigorous plot selection and a great mastery of winemaking techniques, they give birth to a wide range of wines, faithful to our identity.
From St Chaptes to Collias, via Uzès and Ste Anastasie, our 1,600 ha vineyard covers around ten communes.
Chardonnay, Roussanne, Muscat, or even Syrah, Marselan, Carignan, the diversity of our grape varieties is great and adapts perfectly to the variety of our terroirs.
It all started in 1928 with a handful of winegrowers from the villages of Arpaillargues-Aureilhac, Aubussargues, Bourdic and Garrigues-Sainte Eulalie who joined together to build the Cave Coopérative Intercommunale de Bourdic.
